Shipping Information

1. Delivery Areas

Imperial Furniture currently delivers to all regions of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We also offer shipping to selected EU countries upon request — please contact us at info@imperialfurniture.ie before placing an international order to confirm delivery options and costs.


2. Delivery Times

Most standard items are dispatched within 5–10 working days after your order has been confirmed and payment received.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, or during busy periods such as holidays and seasonal sales.

Custom-made or special-order items may take longer — estimated delivery times will be provided individually via email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your delivery.


3. Delivery Services

All orders are shipped using trusted and insured courier partners such as Fastway, DPD, or An Post.
Bulky or heavy furniture items may be delivered on a pallet for safety reasons. Please ensure there is adequate access and a suitable area to receive the delivery.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Weekend or evening delivery may be available upon request, depending on the courier service.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery across Ireland for all orders over €100.
For orders below €100, a small delivery fee will be applied at checkout, based on your location and product weight.

Additional charges may apply for remote or offshore areas, large furniture pieces, or items requiring special handling.
You will be notified of any additional charges before your order is confirmed.


5. Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives, please inspect all packages carefully before signing the delivery note.
Check that the correct number of boxes, packages, or pallets has been received and that there is no visible damage.

If you notice damage, shortages, or incorrect items, please note it on the delivery form and notify us within 5 working days by emailing info@imperialfurniture.ie.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in claims being declined.


6. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a calling card or attempt to contact you to rearrange delivery.
Please ensure your phone number and address are correct when placing the order to avoid delays.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.


7. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care to pack and ship your order securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@imperialfurniture.ie.
We will open an investigation with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


8. Click & Collect (Optional)

If you prefer, you can collect your order directly from our location in Sligo.
Please contact us in advance to schedule your pickup time.
A valid order confirmation email and photo ID will be required when collecting your goods.
