1. Secure Payments

At Imperial Furniture, we take your security seriously.
All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers that use the latest encryption and fraud protection technology to ensure your transaction is safe and secure.

We never collect, store, or have access to your credit or debit card information.
All sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by our payment partners.


2. Accepted Payment Options

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal — including card payments without the need to create a PayPal account

  • Bank Transfer (details provided at checkout or upon request)

All transactions must be completed in Euro (€).
Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or dispatched.


3. PayPal Payments

Payments made through PayPal are processed via a secure connection.
You can pay directly using your PayPal balance, or by credit/debit card through the PayPal checkout system — no PayPal account is required.
Once your payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.


4. Bank Transfer

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please select this option during checkout.
You will receive our bank account details by email after placing your order.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and verified in our account.
Please include your order number as a payment reference to avoid delays.


5. Payment Security

All payment transactions are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure your data is transmitted safely.
Imperial Furniture does not have access to or store any financial details provided during checkout.

If you experience any issues during payment or believe that a fraudulent transaction may have occurred, please contact us immediately at info@imperialfurniture.ie.
We will work with our payment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, please check the following:

  • Your card details and billing address are entered correctly

  • Your card has sufficient funds

  • Your bank or PayPal has not blocked the transaction for security reasons
